Overview
You can visit the three most well-known attractions in the Kathmandu Valley on this tour. During this visit, I'll show you Boudhanath, Pashupatinath, and Bhaktapur. The tour will give you a glimpse into the customs and way of life of the locals. These three locations are all part of Nepal's UNESCO World Heritage List. The journey includes visits to Bhaktapur, a historic town, as well as Nepal's largest Buddhist stupa, Pashupatinath, the most well-known Shiva temple in Hinduism.
- We will pick you up at 9.00 am from your hotel in Kathmandu to start the tour.
- Pashupatinath is the most famous Hindu temple of Lord Shiva situated on the banks of the Bagamati river where you can also see cremation pyres. It is here where you can see many Sadhus (so called holymen) willing to be photographed for a small donation.
- Wes will take you to a tourist or a local restaurant for the lunch before going around the town of Bhaktapur.
